Recruiting Services for Employers

| For Job Postings and Resume Access info please see the pricing page. The following describes additional services which are seperate from the job posting and resume access fees. We Are in no way a "headhunting" organization but act as a broker for high level Industry Pros. As a rule, we do not initiate contact with gainfully employed people. We are however contacted by very strong candidates who would rather not post a resume and do want confidential placement assistance. We are also approached by employers who need to fill positions quickly or would rather not advertise the opening.
We always encourage companies to post all of your job openings so candidates can contact you directly. If, however, your organization needs further assistance with a high level, specialized or hard to find mid-level candidate, we may be able to help. Our fee is a brokers fee of 8% of the first years base pay. We will send you a one page contract/agreement which includes details of brokerage fees (no upfront fees, 8.0% of 1st year salary upon hire) and guarantees (80% - 75 days). We attract the same high-level people which other recruiting companies charge 25-35% for. Again, we are NOT a headhunting company but are acting in a brokerage capacity and encourage you to post all of your jobs and search through the resumes first.
