The PHC Technician’s primary responsibility is to provide services to improve the health of the client’s trees. The PHC technician should have some experience in the Green Industry and ability to become proficient with identifying species, insects, and, diseases in plants. The PHC Technician will provide services such as spray applications, root and soil treatments, protective fencing installation, site visits, and root pruning (but not limited to). The PHC Technician should follow all guidelines set by the ANSI standards as well as safety and chemical regulations. The PHC Technician is responsible for proper and detailed tracking of all work performed. The PHC Technician is responsible to maintain credits and credentials necessary to perform work.
Requirements:
* Knowledge of Plant Species, Diseases, and Insects * Must have experience in the Green Industry for a minimum of 3 years * Must be able to obtain and maintain local applicator’s licenses * Must have or able to obtain CDL License * Must be detailed oriented, efficient with verbal and written communication * Must be able to communicate to arborist regarding tree problems and hazards evaluations * Must communicate professionally and effectively with team members and customers
